Hey people, i am having some serious problems with my new PC (no too serious :P)

I have just installed Call of Duty 2 onto it and this is what i get when i start up a game...

Wherever i look the only thing i see is that grey stuff everywhere... I can't see my gun or anything.

My new rigs specs are as follows:

Vista Ultimate

AMD X2 6000+ Dual Core

Gigabyte NF550 gamers choice Motherboard

8600 GT Graphic card.

2GB DDR2 RAM

500gb SATA Hard drive.

I have tried running the game with administrative settings on in the compatibility tab and also tried it running with Compatibility Mode of XP SP2 and it is the same. I have also upldated all my drivers.

I am having no problems running other games like Oblivion and BF2, just this...

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

make sure the game is fully patched. after that id blame compatibility with vista and that game. check the offical forums for the game and see if there is a fix. after that...i have no clue. a future driver update for ure geforce may fix the problem. or maybe a future patch for vista.

oh and congrats on the new rig. enjoy :D.

I'd say it's probably the driver's fault, but first try setting all the settings as low as they go, just to see if it'll work that way.

Looks like it's either your graphics card driver issue or the game's issue. Google the problem and see if anyone else is experiencing the same thing and what they're doing to fix it (if they have fixed it)

Check for updated drivers first then make sure to run the game as administrator by right clicking on games startup icon and selecting Run as administrator. If that doesn't work, right click on it again, select properties and find the compatibility tab and check run this program in compatibility mode and select Xindows XP/service pack 2, then click OK. :D

The problem is the AA. Change it to 2x or less. I had the same problem.
