I have a AM2 socket running a ATI 2600XT 2gigs of ram with only a 450watt PSU. Im currently running a 3500 now would upgrading to a dual core cause me to get a new PSU? What are suggetions for a dual core for an AM2 socket? Somewhere between $75 to $100.

What is the difference between the Brisbane or the Windsor processors? Is one better than the other?

Brisbane uses less power & there's less heat: Brisbane thermal power 65w, Windsor 89w.
