6xxx series late Q3-Q4 probably, with a 5890 being released shortly after the Gf100 and Gf104 probably.Hopefully ATI will counter this.

[QUOTE="X360PS3AMD05"]Of course what would they say? It's going to suck?Duckman5How much % better it would be, mention anything about price, anything regarding the competition, ANYTHING? He said nothing at all of interest. Essentially all he said was it plays DX11. lol; yeah. They could've at least lied.

They could've at least lied.they already tried and it didnt work (that motherboard hoax thing). however i really hope fermi is as good as it sounds. i just hope they come out soon so some competition can start up again and we can see those prices fall
Hopefully ATI will counter this.

dont quote me on this but i bileve a month or 2 ago somone came on here with a pic that showed that when Nvidia launches fermi AMD will have a whole new slew of cards coming out to compete with it. it wont be 6xxx seeries but more like a revision of the 5xxx seeries with more SP and higher clocks and i even bileve a smaller process like 32nm. if somone could find it that would be great. but i forget if it was on here or some other website.
Link to the pic looks like AMD wins even before Nvidia gets there fermi cards out. Look at the pic closely. look at the fabrication size (nm) look at the shaders.
