Avg 74.424 Max: 145.30 Min 45.563 with I7 920 @2.67 GHz, 6GB RAM, GTX 260, Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit Both CPU and GPU are watercooled. Running on a ASUS Rampage II Gene MB with no overclocking at this point.

As far as I know, it should work on ATI cards, but your framerate will be crap as they have no PhysX support, so all the physics will be on the processor.

*sigh* PhysX... I get between 11 and 30 fps in Batman AA in a 640x480 window with high PhysX, so I won't bother with this.

Do you why? Because your cpu is doing the normal cpu work plus the physx because you dont have a nvidia card. physx is very demanding even for the i7 . The reason why Nvidia cards can do physx with out to much performance loss is because its the shader processors are more powerful then a normal cpu. ATI cards could do it too but its a Nvidia branded thing.
