The ISP cannot question the decision and is also obliged to supply details on all of your Internet browsing, including E-Mails to any of several thousand bodies, agencies and companies World-wide! Plus your Internet connection will be terminated after three strikes. You will not be permitted Internet to your house after that, regardless of how many people live there and who was actually responsible! Everyone must pay. This is one scary Big Brother ACT!

Sigh. I've completely lost faith in humanity. This ACTA is the devil.
ACTA is a trade agreement that does not grant more powers to the state and does not create new criminal offences. It's far less draconian than SOPA, PIPA or OPEN. Also is was signed by the US months ago.
Well, there we have it. The mention of China first and foremost stuck out to me considering we're now their marionette puppet here in America. Surely that has something to do with them being on top of the mention list.
