if i am going to overclock the PII 965 as close to 4.0 ghz as i can using a mugen 2 aftermarket cooler and a coolermaster 922 case do i need to get the optional/additional side fan(s) that dont come with the case

no you don't need the optional side fans but it would be a good idea to get some ;)

Chances are your room will become more of a sauna than inside that case.

good it means i wont have to run the heat...plus i can actually do what i want on the computer...moving from an amd 3800+ 2.4 ghz single core prebuilt
