Old games you would like to see remade on the PC

Are there any old games you'd like to see remade for the pc (with new gen graphics and all that mambo)? I would like to see them remake Ecstatica (old DOS game, I wonder if anyone's ever played that one), Alpha Centaury, Duke Nukem (now that Duke Nukem Forever is officially dead), and Vagrant Story (I know is an PSX game and it's not so old, but it was one of my favorite RPG's when I had my PS one :)

Pretty much my list, minus Kotor of course. I would also add Ground Control to the mix and XIII.

I would love a remake of outcast, in it's day it used the voxel rendering system and it would totally rock to be remade with polygons :-

None of this will ever happen though, the software industry seems to be too busy telling me what I want to play rather than listening to what gamers are telling them.

Earth 2160 is similiar, but not as good imo due to horrible voiceacting and odd basebuilding

I don't think that needs to be remade, I still have that and I think it looks and plays great with the Quake III engine.

Actually, it should be re-made, i looked at the prices on Amazon.....must be rare. Lucky i have the original Planescape: Torment, Wizardry VIII, and American McGee's Alice :).

Ditto for Dungeon Keeper. Since I'm a flight sim nut..... 1942: Pacific Air War with the AI patch. The Japanese Zeros in that game were very relentless in staying at my six o'clock.

A game that needs a new addition to the series is Super Mario RPG =0o

If it is JUST PC games then there really arent any I can think of. I can think of sequels I would like, but those are comming (Diablo III :)). But I would love to see Goldeneye 64 and perfect dark 64 remade with more then just graphics and controls. A whole revamp on PC. Basically I love those games but noone makes good FPS games like those anymore. Best one to come since those are Timesplitters and those are long gone now :(.

Hmmm most the games that I love that are old really don't need a revamp, because PC makes all these old games feel smooth and crisp, so they don't REALLY feel old.

I would have to say Baldur's Gate(yes i know there is Drago age) But it would still be awesome to see Baldurs gate in Mass effect style gameplay.Shuraijuro

Thanks but yeah i did know. I figured someone would say that ;). It is great, but I am talking even more of a redone model with the SP in tact. The mod is great and I commend them, but it still lacks something.
