Overclocking Voltage question

i overclocked my e6700 to 3.2ghz and was wondering if 1.368v is too little, and if so what is a safe amount to run?

If its stable on that voltage then its fine, you could even test lower voltages.

I think intel says c2d is safe up to 1.55v, as long as the temperature is ok.

If it's 100% rock stable then it is safe, which you can only tell if you run benchmarks for like a couple of hours. Like one guy mentioned make sure the temperatures are OK, as you don't want to stress the CPU with heat.

More voltages means more heat. More heat equals bad, meaning you'll need better cooling.
