I just bought this EXACT SAME LAPTOP. I was wondering how well it would hold out on heavier games in 2008, as well as run games like oblivion
[QUOTE="Agent_13"]My computer specifications are: 2.0GHz CPU Speed, 512mb RAM and a 128mb 3D card.
Will I be able to run lord of the rings Online well?
Will I be able to run M2TW Kingdoms at all?
Agent_13
Can I run Kingdoms then?
System: 1.5GHz Pentium 4® (1500MHz) or AMD® Athlon 64 or equivalent RAM: 512 MB Video Memory: 128 MB Hard Drive Space: 9000 MB Other: Monitor must be able to display 1024x768 resolution or above
Those are the mini requirements for Medieval II. The expansion should be exactly that with no difference in requirements.
For Wingless; the GameSpot message reply software was particularly crappy to your quote, and I ended up cutting it all out.
You do not have any "Video Card". That's why Battlefield cannot run. All you have is a weak sister onboard chip.
Ghost Recon: Advanced Warfighter 2 Minimum System Requirement
Video Card: 128 MB DirectX® 9.0c/ Shader Model 2.0-compliant video card (256 MB video card recommended)
No chance that a Non-gaming chip like that will handle a real game like the above item.
Hello.I recently Bought BF2 Complete Collection and but it wouldnt work. I have VISTA. I have Guild Wars and WOW on my computer and they both run fine. I've tryed a bunch of stuff but none of it seems to work. My computer has.
Windows Vista
Proccesor.Intell Celetron D CPU 3.46 GHZ
Ram: Gig And Half
a 32 bit operating system
The Video card is a Intell Graphics Media accelorator 950 up to 250 MB
And i have DirectX 10.0
Will i be able to play Ghost Recon Advanced War Fighter 2?
WinglessFlightZ
You need a better graphics card, and what is your memory (RAM)?
Can I run Company of Heroes and BF2 with these specs?
Proccessor:Athlon 64 dual core 4000+(2.10 GHz, 512Kx2)
RAM:1GB DDR2 SDRAM at 667MHz
Video Card:256MB NVIDIA GeForce 8600GT- DDR3
Hard Drive:160GB SATA II Hard Drive (7200RPM)
OP:Microsoft Windows Vista Home Basic Edition
I'd like to run them on meduim-high-Max settings, no low...
How well would a 640 MB GeForce 8800 GTS run Crysis and Gears of War? - as in, would the graphics have to be set onto a lower setting than the default?
EDIT: with an Intel Core 2 Duo processor E6700 (2.66GHz) with 4GB RAM (DDR2-667MHz dual channel) and Vista.
Sammojo
Probaly max em out...

Yeah...lol.
hi. can a geforce 7500 LE 256mb dedicated run counter-strike source?ecks001
Yes, it can do so on Low Settings. There are multiple graphical paths, such that animation speeds scale down without totally going to hell from what a better performing card offers. The graphics will look crude by comparison, of course.
For the next guy, yes, Guild Wars has very low requiremnets, so that amount of VRAM is probably enough. I doubt that an older IGP will work at all properly, however.

would i lag alot? orcan i be able to paly it smoothly?
All you guys are talking about either Crysis or SupCom, the real test lies in the games like gears of war and Assassin's creed.... So all I need to ask is that, will my laptop be able to handle these games??
Laptop Spec:
Intel® CoreTM 2 Duo T7400 (2.16GHz,667MHz,4MB L2 cache)
2GB 667MHz Dual Channel DDR2 SDRAM
120GB (5400RPM) SATA Hard Drive
512MB DDR3 nVidia® GeForceTM Go 7950 GTX

most likely...gears of war is built on the UT3 engine so if you want to know, try a game like R6 vegas or something cos thats on the same engine and so if your machine can run that well then you should be ok for GoW. not sure about assassins creed though
Minimum: 1.2 GHz Processor,
256MB RAM,
DirectX 7 level graphics card,
Windows 2000/XP/ME/98,
Mouse, Keyboard, Internet Connection
According to that, a lowly IGP like the 6150 is capable of playing the game (CS: S) at some level. I personally wouldn't want to do so -- I'd have to assume that to obtain playable animation speeds, the graphics will be truly close to horrible.
(P. S. someone has asked about an "SE" (Sorry Edition) onboard chip previously. Such ridiculously bad hardware has no place as a proper subject for a gaming forum, because it was definitely not ever intended for that use. Most systems with that low quality IGP also have a proper video bus and slot for a real video processor.)
How you think my PC will handle gmaes like Crysis, UT3, Bioshock at 1920x1200. Specs are in sig. I was aiming for high (not max) settings whitout AA, and 8xAF. Is that possible in your opinion??domke13
I think its possible
How about me?
How will my PC handle Bioshock with this:
AMD 64 X2 4400+
2GB RAM
8800GTS 640 MB
Windows Vista
How about Crysis?
spidy2442
High and High
Can anyone give me any recommendations? Preferably games that will run on Medium to High based on my specs:
-Windows Vista
-Nvidia GeForce 6150 SE 128MB dedicated (when I check how much memory it has using dxdiag, it says "estimated 612MB, but System Requirements lab reads 128MB dedicated). It does support Pixel Shader 3.0
-AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 4000+ 2.10 GHz (SRL reads it at 6.0GHz if that helps at all).
-2GB of RAM (System Requirements reads 1.9GB, I'm guessing this is because of Vista).
-DX10
-250 GB HDD
I know my video card needs updated, but I can't right now (money). I'm heading off to college so I was hoping to pick up a game or two to play in my spare time.
I enjoy:
First Person shooters
Third person shooters
Action/adventure
Action
RPG
Occasionally RTS
NO MMORPG's please.
Games I'm interested in: Half-Life 2, Far Cry, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, Lord of the Rings Online (I know I said no MMORPG's, but only b/c I don't want any suggestions there. Only interested in this one) and FEAR.
Thanks!
Edit: Also, could this run Bioshock on low with no framerate issues? If not, what video card would you recommend upgrading to when I get a chance?
will my laptop be able to run world of warcraft
video memory: dynamic video memory technology 3.0
graphics processer: intel gma 950
windows vista
1gb of ram
dual-core
80gb hard drive

Hmm, many thanks for your story. My PC isnt new anymore, so i espected the old videocard and other things. Well, Ive download the Overlord demo, and everything run nice ( on low graphics ). And the demo has the same specs as the full game, so... I can run it :D The graphics isnt the problem. Its no problem to set the graphics on "low". If i do that, can i run Oblivion without very-slow animations?
Many thanks,
Fleasy

What are ya specs dude? If your RAM is 1gb it would help, i had a 512 mb run pretty shockingly on oblivion with low Draw distance, AA, every concievable thing set to low.
Hey, anyone out who plays Supreme Commander or just knows what Grphx cards run well could you please tell me how smoothly the 8800 GTS would run Supreme Commander or any recent high spec games?
lots of love, or respect if your male.
hongpingtonglong- oh i give up!
edit- i'm talking like decent resolutions at a decent frame rate.

Just look up a few post, dude And yes, i have 1gb.

soz i'm completely ignorant and didnt see it. Yeah I think you would be mostly fine if you sacraficed a bit of draw distance and some other stuff.
