I'd have to to slowly understand the context of each and one of them and use them every day for my brain to translate it from sophisticated English to everyday English.

It does sound like something you would find in a physics lab or something. Hence why I thought it was real words.
It deliberately starts off pretty reasonable sounding before descending into complete gibberish by the end. This joke actually dates back to the 40s where it started as a fake ad in Time magazine (I think).
The joke is that with your knowledge, sometimes you think that what you say is common knowledge, while the people you are talking to, hear something like this video. xD
