People still play BF2, but do they still play 2142 ??

Hey guys and gals. I am a loyal fan of BF2, and the battlefield series. Lately i've been owning it up on BF2. I know for a fact that there are still lots of people who play the game. But my having not played it, I don't know if people still play 2142. Do any of you guys ? are there generally lots of people playing ?

I really want to get back into 2142, but between MW2 and the Bad Cmpany 2 beta and all these other new games to look for, I can never find the time

I heard a patch was released for BF2 not too long ago. I haven't played in a while, but remember it having it's fair share of bugs. Did the patch improve the game much?
