But, if this is truly a guide for performance with outdated comps, THEN WHY EVEN ENABLE ANTI ALIASING!? That is a performance killer especially for 2xx/3xxx series and below.
lower everything to low and turn down the resolution.I did this but my netbook still has FPS issues - can you help me make more smooth?

Nothing wrong with him being happy with being able to run L4D2 and wanting to try to help other out who had the same problem. You don't have to mock him for that.
