fraps is a program for monitoring games, if you dont know what ti is chances are you dont have it and therefore dont need to worry.. anyway your comment is a bit generic the game kicks you and punkbuster issues and error number
normally its like:
unallowed driver [#######] or something to that effect
anyway that number in the brackets is very important it corresponds to the problem not the rest of the message.. the rest just states the obvious which is you got kicked, we need that number to be of more help
normally bf2 can be fixed by reinstalling punkbuster (google it) or by disabling the steam client BUT to be sure we need that 7 digit number
... if you're running a gaming mouse, try uninstalling the driver for it .... of course, you'll probably have to reinstall it later ( so you can again mess with whatever special little settings it has for everything else ), but .... it may be your fix .... until they patch that problem, you're not the only one .... good luck
