Ok. So i wanted to delete Windows XP and reinstall it. So I deleted a partition and installed Windows XP.

But now whenever I start up the computer the resolution is all screwed up and i won't detect the ethernet cable or anything like that.

I'm guessing I deleted the drivers too :?

 

Please what do i do..?

Well deleting the partition = deleting everything.

 Just put your motherboard CD and install drivers and your GPU CD for drivers.

well you have to go back into Display settings and then change the res into what you want it to be. and for the ethernet you have to re-instal your broadband router and all that stuff. btw formatting your drive (ie deleteing a partition) effectively means you start from basic windows. i hope you have your a driver cd.

well you have to go back into Display settings and then change the res into what you want it to be. and for the ethernet you have to re-instal your broadband router and all that stuff. btw formatting your drive (ie deleteing a partition) effectively means you start from basic windows. i hope you have your a driver cd.yoyo462001

You can find the drivers if you search for them at either your motherboard manufacturers website (provided the LAN and video is built-in on the motherboard) or you can search for the brand name + the word "drivers" in a search engine and download them.

Yes, that way you have a driver CD which you can use in the future, should you ever need it again.
