Power Supply Noise?

My power supply has been making a lot of noise lately when the computer is on for a while...is there anyway that i can make it so it wont make so much noise or is it that the fan blades are loose?

I don't know what your problem might be, but Beware: Even turned off, there's still juice in that PSU. Handle with care !
