I'm going to guess that something around 400W - 450W should fit your needs. But I'm not 100% on this.

If, it's a good quality PSU it should be enough. If, you're going to add another video card down the road, you might want to get a 600. I would talk to the builder.Nice tool. But im afraid my new PC will be underpowered !! Im getting next week a Q6600 + 8800GT + p5k-e + 2b ram. The guy who's building my PC told me a good quality powersupply @ 500w would be enough.

Yes.wait, in step 1, where i must select single socket / dual sockets / quad sockets,must i select quad socket for a core 2quad Q6600 ? I mean, Does a Q6600 = 4 cores or 4 physical CPU ?
