Program to organize/launch games ?

Just wondering if there was a program that you can organize and launch games from, sort of like the way steam does it.

Thanks trying out Raptr right now and I didnt like windows game explorer very much.

I use Steam, all my games are added to my Steam list, but then most of my games are on Steam haha
