no , as far as I remember, the gameshark uses a port that was on the back of the PS1 and isnt present on the PS2 (or later PS1 models either)

Theoretically, I can use Gameshark codes for Final Fantasy Anthology on my PS2, using a PS1 Gameshark?

YES you can, I don't know if compatibility is pefect but you can.

You could play FF7-9 with gameshark cheats on ps2.
