Yes it will bottleneck AGP has a big problem of bottle necking
I had to of those cards in a PCI-E and they were middle of the road as far as performance goes

I don't think so. My friend has an AGP 7600GT card and it performs just as the PCI-E version does. there is no way it performs the same the AGP slot 8X PCI-E 16X maybe the cards perform the same but you get the bottle neck because of the slower AGP bus
