First off all is this game a MMO? If so how much is the fee for it?

Secondly can my laptop run this game

Intel C2D (T7200-2.0GHz)

2gb DDR2 ram (667mhz)

Nvidia Geforce go 7950GTX (512MB)

what settings? What resolution?

Yes, it is an MMO. The fee is probably $15 per month. Yes, your computer can run the game. I'd tell you your resolution and settings but there isn't a point because at lower resolutions you can run the game at higher settings and at higher resolutions you can run the game at lower settings. You provide us with the resolution.

You could probably run it on medium with a few extras at 1680x1050, at a decent framerate. I have a 3GHz dual-core and a 9600GT, I can run the game on High with a few options tweaked up/down slightly, at ~30fps.
