Quick Questions????

My PSU is acting somewhat wierd its making some noise... and now my video card ( 4850 HD ) is flashing two red lights , is the psu done ? and second question i am getting a phenom quad core x2 810 for $200 good deal or no??

If you're sure its the power supply, replace it. I just tossed one that started making a high-pitched whine - my system would freeze randomly.
