hey guys, im looking for games like e.g. the simpsons hit & run or something like that... fun games that make you feel good (as the title implies :))! games that are fun to play in between and that you can play right away without the need of practicing for hours... oh yeah, the game should run under windows 7 (which the simpsons game doesnt...). thanks, cy

I recommend the Lego games like Lego Star Wars and Lego Indiana Jones.

That's a really vague description for a game. I like heaps of games. I don't play games that don't make me feel good. So here's a small list; Audiosurf Batmark: AA Beyond Good and Evil Bioshock Borderlands Burnout Paradise Call of Duty 1,2,4,6 Company of Heroes Crysis Dirt 1, 2 Dragon Age: Origins Grid TES III: Morrowind TES IV: Oblivion Grand Theft Auto - GTA IV Half-Life 1 and 2 (and episodes) Jade Empire Killing Floor Left 4 Dead 1, 2 Mass Effect 1,2 Max Payne 1,2 Mirror's Edge Need For Speed Shift Psychonauts Sam & Max S1, S2 Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter Street Fighter IV Team Fortress 2 Toki Tori Tom Clancy's Rainbow 6 Vegas Trine Unreal Tournament - Unreal Tournament 3 The Witcher All of those games make me happy, and they all run on Windows 7 64 bit. None of these required hours of practice. On the other hand if you mean bright cartoony games then the list gets a little shorter; Beyond Good and Evil Psychonauts Sam & Max S1, S2 Toki Tori

Not to mention the great characters, simple controls, great multiplayer ect. I'd also like to add in Half Life 2, playing as Gordon Freeman always makes you feel nice. Especially in Episode 2.

COD1,2,4,6? Give me a break. 5 was pretty good.

Yeah, but not NEAR as good as CoD2 and CoD4. MW2 is good only for single player and it's over so damn fast. The multiplayer is complete garbage. Even if it did have dedicated servers it would be garbage. I'd rather play WaW multiplayer which is something I rarely say.

cmon, seriously? :) thanks for all the tipps!! i'll try out a couple of games... right now im playing FEAR extraction point and perseus mandate. love the game. but sometimes i need a game where i dont have to think or concentrate. like after a long day at work :)
