I have a ssd with my windows 7 on it and I wanted to make a raid 5 on the side with hdds. But it wont work... I set the raid in the bios and set the raid by hitting "ctrl f" save everything and it looks like everything is jsut fine till i get the screen just before the "Welcome screen" if freezes then gets a .5 sec blue screen and starts over. Do I have to set my ssd with the os as a JBOD? or what?

I haven't seen too many motherboards that allow you to do RAID5. Usually the RAID controllers are cheap imitations of the real thing.
