Undying - classic FPS with a pretty good horror story attached.

Vampire the Masquerade: Bloodlines - FPS/RPG with some truly creepy atmospheric settings

System Shock 2 -Sci Fi FPS with horror elements

Aliens vs Predator 2 - Sci-Fi FPS that puts you in intertwining story as a space marine, alien and predator

Condemned - FP......um M? A ton of Melee combat in this CSI meets horror story. Light on the CSI part though

FEAR - I thought the story was meh and the game relied too much on jump scares, but the AI is great
