Rift free trial?

Rift free trial? 3 days? 5 days? 2 days? Anything? Couple hours?

They just had friends play free weekend last weekend, I'm not sure when another of those will happen. As of right now there is no official trial. WoW didn't have a trial at launch either. Be patient. ferrari2001

Think they will be sending out buddy keys for a weekend trial tomorrow, I can pm (I see morphic and gamester are interested) you the code sometime tomorrow.

It's definately worth going for the trial though. I'm very glad I did. Was so close to buying it the other week but after I gave the trial a go, I'm very glad I didn't. All of you considering the game, get the trial this weekend!

I am passing on this despite some of the fun I have had in the past with mmorpgs. Still the negatives outweighed the fun so no go on the Rift free trial for me and I am trying hard to unload my current WOW account on someone in my city.

Im working on my 3rd 50. The game suffers from lack of endgame. Considering all the quests are the SAME on both factions for lvling, when you lvl once thats pretty much it as well. Still good game.

If they send out buddy keys this weekend, I would be more than happy to pm a few guys with them as well. I'll post here if I receive buddy keys and it will be first come first server after that. ferrari2001

3. PvE is an overly simple grind

4. Far too much repetition

5. And my biggest pet peeve was the mob density, you can't go 20 feet without being attacked by something and dismounted.

1. Its a mess and its awesome. There will never be balance in an mmo so devs could atleast make skill trees fun.

2. PvP is fine.

3. PvE is fine.

4. The nature of mmos. Anygame that is meant to last hundreds or thousands of hourts will be repetative. Stop playing mmos.

5. I just ran across the whole map without dying once and with my lvl 26 toon. If you are too lazy to manouver around mobs its your fault and not the games.
