RP FPS as weird as it sounds

As weird as it sounds, are there any FPSs that people RP on, for example, I recently picked up ArmA 2 thinking people would RP as helo pilots and such, any idea of a game that people RP on hardcore style? I know it's an odd request, I just love the idea of this

It's something I always thought would be cool, but then it's kinda niche audience that would agree with me

G-Mod had lots of RP servers. I used to play on them all the time.

There are loads of Garrys mod RP servers, zombie survival RP, city 17, loads.

EDIT: minecraft too.

I think alot of people would find it cool. The fact everyone has roles and the people around them all have dedicated things to do, it'd be awesome to play an arma 2 rp server. Are there not any at all? was thinking of picking it up and this gave me a sudden reason to do so.

People sort of role play on Arma 2. Just join a unit that is big on realism.
