RTS game name that I forgot

Hi,

a few year ago I played a RTS or turn based strategy game demo, which name I cannot remember now. May be some one of You will know the game by it's short description.

The game is something between Civ IV and Medieval:Total War. Not so simple economics and one feature that I remember is that armies had to eat when traveling, you had almost all europe's nations to choose from. If I remember corectly tutorial was set in England. Cant remember now but I gues it was set in 2D. Graphics similar to AD games. Overall quality of game was over average, but I just cant find it :/
