RTS games in the making?

Other then Sc2, CnC3 red alert 3. What other good RTS games are being made? After hearing ES is going down nobody knows if the servers are staying or not. If they arn't me and one of my friends are trying to look for a new strategy game to get. I want to know of some choices other then the ones i'v said. I don't like Sins of a solar empire we're looking for a kinda like aoe3 gameplay way.
