Should i change 12900K to 13900K and DDR5 using Rtx 4090? Clips on youtube here.

Hi. I have an question. Should i trust this vclip on youtube.

First i saw that performance on FC6 with 13900K and Rtx 4090 , on 1440P when person have 100-130fps on first tutorial island when driving a car. Usage is 60-80%.

Then i saw next clip maxed, 1440P ,rtx 4090 and 13900K and guy getting usage 100% with 190-200fps on the same area?!

So i have currently rtx 4090, 12900K stock and DDR4 3600mhz and have performance like that 1 person linkes. Thx

Save your money and get a 9800x3d or even the next generation.
