There is a big DLC coming for Skyrim sometime in the next year. Any ideas what it will contain, or rather what you would like it to contain?

they said full expansions, a la Tribunal and Bloodmoon for Morrowind. If they sharged money for spells and items, nobody would buy them since we can make our own for free

As long as its as good as Shivering Isles (which I thought was so much more enjoyable then the oblivion campaign), Old World Blues or the two expansions for Morrowind count me in for a day one buy.

I still kick myself for buying Knights of Nine, but not Shivering Isles. KoN wasn't bad, but I just heard so many good things about SI. Oh well. :)

Unfortunately yes. I don't know how successful they will be with all of the mods that are going to be available before then. They are going to have to be pretty stellar.

Really? Look at the date of that article. It is from December of last year. It has been stated many times the Beth are going to take their time with the DLCs for Skyrim and that they want them to be more like expansions.

2 months ago would be more accurate. To say last year and old in the same sentence implies that is around a year old. Still, they will probably take their sweet time anyway, and since there are several in the works, the last one might not come until late holiday season. When I said sometime in the next year, that doesn't automatically mean 2013. It means sometime within the next 12 months, but probably sooner (definitely the first one).

I would like to see more options for styles of armor and colors too. I am sure there will be mods for that, but I don't like how the ebony armor looks for instance. At least if you are smithing your own, you should have several options as to how it is going to look. The orcish sheild is an off color from the rest of the armor, and it would also be nice if your enchanted armor would glow the appropriate colors (effects shown in inventory like fire res). That is just one of the many things that I would like to see implemented.

On January 1st that article could have been called from last year, it is still not that old. Nice to see someone actually contributing to the forum with negativity for once. If you have nothing to add to the TOPIC, go somewhere else. I don't HAVE to expect ball busting, you just want me to accept it because you enjoy it. Why should I? Done with you....

That article is from last year but hopefully some good DLC will come out this year.

Willing to bet they're gonna let you revisit Morrowind.

I hope that the dlc will have something to do with wiping out the Thalmor from Skyrim... or worse ;). Just want to bash thier skulls with my shield for banning the worshipping of Talos :D!

Oh yeah, I forgot that every multiplatform game that comes out has wonderful UI thanks to ports and PC as an afterthought.

I look forward to a Skyrim 'expansion'. :) If it's on the same scope as The Shivering Isles, it should be great.

What would I like to see? Well, I think there would be a good argument for being able to go back to Morrowind to see the devastation there since the volcano erupted.
