Skyrim infinite level up glitch please help

My brother was playing and he encountered a new bug...he leveled up, from 16 to 17, well he opened the level up screen and choose the stat to increase, but after doing it he could choose another stat, he thought that he had just forgot to level up more than once, but after choosing the 2nd one, it told him to choose ANOTHER stat and after that one ANOTHER one and another one and another one, just an endless "choose a stat to increase!" he cant even get out of the level up menu...anyone knows what could be causing this? I doubt its any mod since we havent installed any for some time already and we werent experiencing this mod.

Last week my summoned dremora lord chopped someones head off and as the chopping head off animation was hapening the spell wore off and the dremora lord faded away leaving the bandit leader still alive and trying to kill me, with no head. Come to think of it, I havent played the game since i got stuck in that Falmer tent in some dremora ruins. Oh well/

Some of the bugs in this game are funny and there is a lot of them. Bugs aside though the actual game is far from enjoyable IMO and its not this amazing game everyone makes it out to be. If you can get out of the Level up screen then just exploit your level bug so that you can finish the game and have done with it, then play The Witcher 2, its a much better game. ...Or load a previous save file.

Don't you have a previous save prior to the glitch? Normally there are three autosaves.

Yeah, because my opinion is wrong then, right... Trolololol, hurrrr all you like kiddo, you really shouldnt ask for help in a pulbic forum if you get so but-hurt over someone elses opinion. Either take what i said as an opinion, ( Internet forum education time! Thats what "IMO" means ) or at least register the last piece of advice that HyperWarlock seems to like most about my post.

Also HyperWarlock, ...what part of my sig is "far from true"? Console gaming is dying? PCs can do everything? Or both?

Skyrim sucks stop playing that god awful game and play something that deserves to be played.

Try copying the Skyrim save folder to the desktop and uninstall it. Then install (no mods yet) and plug the save folder back in. If the save is still jacked, you have to either revert to an earlier save, or start a new character if they are all like that.

Someone said to just exploit the bug and beat the game like that, but if you read his post, he cannot get out of the leveling/perk screen. It is kind of hard to beat a game with all the perks if you cannot exit the perk screen to use them in the game. Just a thought :idea:!

I didnt tell you to, it was a suggestion, fueled by my opinion of the game. Dont like it? Then go ask in a Skyrim fanboy club forum or use your own brain and load a previous save file which is the actual help I suggested in my original reply...
