[QUOTE="IxX3xil3d0n3XxI"]Of all the things to complain about in Skyrim, you pick 2 of the same doors? Do trees really piss you off then? FelipeInside
If it's part of a quest then it's fine if the doors are similar.Yeah, Ive been at that quest too atleast one that required claws from other dungeons aswell (more then one door). The gameworld Will end up giving you a pretty good reason for the identical door mechanisms, seeing as all those tombs and vaults were built around the same time, by the same people :P It IS tied to an underlying theme ^^
what WILL bug you is the darn dragon battles O.o it is the only thing that irks me greatly. Dungeeons I am satisfied with sofar, it is quite impressive how they can change, jump from tileset to tileset, and alter it so fast. You can start in a dungeon that looks eeriely like another dungeon, and then on the halfway point it will change up and become something else.
With time some dungeons WILL feel the same, I think the Dwarwen ruins feels a bit too similar, they are REALLY wellmade, and clever, but after the 4th or so, you kind of know what you are expecting. Those tombs and vaults whose doors you talk about tend to be somewhat more... varried.
I am quite pleased with the dungeons to be honest. I am not sure how many tilesets they used, but unlike Oblivion where there were 4-5 there are quite a few more here. and they can interlock, so one type of dungeon canchange to another faster then youd' expect. And even with the dungeons that use the same tilesets, the layout is WAY more varried then it was in Oblivion, strange scripted things, and almost aweinspireing vistas, and mechanics keep the dungeons alot more fresh.
