Sli-ing!!!! Plz help!!!

Okay.... im new at this, so will there be any downturns if say i decide to put just one sli-ready graphics card (GTX260) in a double or tri sli ready motherboard??

like will there be a performance decrease in that one card if i do just put one???

N any good sugestions for a good sli ready motherboard for intel?? Dual and/or tri....

it doesnt matter what mobo you have 2sli or tri or quad. if you're only running 1 gtx260 then you'll only get the 1 gtx260 performance. if you want sli or tri or quad you'll have to set your board up with the setup by linking sli bridges. so no you won't get performance decrease.
