That is why there is mute. When I'm playing on random servers, I mute all voicechat and use teamspeak with friends for private chat.

But I've never had any problems when I have had voicechat on. The servers I play on - UK servers - all seem to be full of nice people.

Heh, dido. Played a little Halo with my friend on his XBox a while ago, and wow, just wow. Let's face it, for every person who uses voice chat for tactical purposes, 10 more are just squeaking curses and insults to make themselves feel better (namely when they're losing, lol)

I can't help but think he was just pretending to be like that to be funny. That voice and some of his quips just can't be for real. :P

I'm glad I've never encountered douches in tf2. I play on my clans server and servers with active admin so it's all game and no little kids.achilles614

I love the little kids. I've played with so many kids who sound like they're 12 telling me exactly what's going on on the battlefield and being generally helpful. It's the 20-30-something jerks who always try to make a server a hostile place.
