Whats ur rig? Maybe is somethin wrong with drivers, but I am not sure.mazareUh, I've got a Sony PC. 80 gigs, 512 MB DDR. I'm pretty ignorant when it come to PC specs, sorry about that. :D
Either it's your computer which is not reconizing the hardware.... Or you don't actually have a graphics card........aveman1I wouldn't think it's because my comp doesn't recognize the hardware, but I don't think I have a graphics card. Heh. But what I thought was that all comps have a "default graphics card", but if I wanted to run a certain game or whatever, then I would need to upgrade my GC. Again, i'm ignorant with the whole specs thing, so please correct me if I'm wrong.
Are you able to play any other PC games on your computer, if so which ones?abe200xWell, a couple years ago, I played Warcraft III, and just last week, I installed Starcraft. Oh yeah, and also Half-Life a long time ago.

Older computers.... and the ones you buy from some of the usual PC shops..... might have a graphic card that is too old to support wow,. Or- Your computer has something else called "on-board" graphics, which might also means your computer's graphic processing ability is not enough to run the game. SO yeah..... I would get a new PC by what your saying. Build your own, or buy a mid-range PC. Or try the risky option of buying and installing a new graphics card. Which isn't hard, but you do need to install new software and delete the old drivers. And your motherboard needs to be compatible.

Unfortunately, I won't be able to buy or even build my own comp right now, even though I'd like to build my own comp eventually.
When talking to the guy at the store, he's pretty sure the card is compatible with my comp, but what exactly do you mean by "install new software and delete the old drivers"?
