Are those new AMD 6 core cpu's going to be AM3 Sockets? Im asking because Im going to upgrade my computer soon, and because Im stuck with a 939 socket I need to upgrade my motherboard in order to upgrade my cpu. So If i get myself an AM3 socket Mobo will it be able to run these new cpu's once thier out?

If you're talking about the hex-core and newer quad-core Phenom II's then yes, they'll use AM3. AMD is supposed to be working on new processors that combine CPU and GPU functionality, and those will use a different socket, but they're not supposed to be out until late next year, if at all.
