So...at the ending. (Mass Effect 2 SPOILERS)

Who died at the end of your missions in the ending? I sent Thane to crawl around the vents, but when he tried to close the door and he got a rocket in the face:(. That was the only person who died in my ending, and it feels fitting actually because Thane only has around a year to live.

Who died in your ending? I think its possible for everyone to survive if you pick the right team members.

Non of my squad members died but half my crew was turned into paste!

Edit: This was on my first playthrough.

At first, Mordin, Jack and Grunt died in my party.

I re-made the last mission putting competent people to lead the operation, and all of them made home to the sequel =) .

I left Thane in charge when I had to pass through the seeker swarms, and he died. It sucked because he is my favorite new character.

i didn't lose anyone which made me happy i don't like having teammates die on me like in the first one

I didn't do crap, so here's what happened:

Jack died when a laser ripped into the Normandy.
Thane got crushed under a giant steel rod.
Tali died in an explosion on the Normandy.
Garrus was shot in the face. IN THE FACE.
Miranda was gunned down.
Legion was carried off by the swarm.
Zaeed was crushed after the boss fight.

Everyone in my crew survived, which I was not expecting. I sent legion into the tubes, Garrus led the first party, Miranda led the second, and I chose Samara as my biotic.

Oops I forgot to say I had Tali escort the hostages back.

Zaeed and Legion died for me. I was sad with legion because he was my favourite new character. Also to anyone who pursued the Tali relationship: Did you find the sex scene very disappointing?Iantheone

I dont know whats up with ppl being so disappointed... I (personaly) wouldve felt disappointed if they had shown her face and it would be a letdown (well, there is a lot of hype and speculation atm , so there is no chance ppl would be happy) . i think they made a very good romance . tbh i was even happy that they did leave so much mystery and only kissing was shown.

My entire crew died however none of my teammates/squad died.

Sent legion through the tunnels, Miranda led both times, and Samara held up the biotic field.

I didn't lose anyone. I didn't even know you could o.O I did take the time to gain everyone's loyalty though, if that makes a difference.

Thane got nabbed and carried away by a seeker swarm and Samara took a round and died doing the escort mission.

Zaeed (the DLC character) was the only one who died for me, everyone else is still there with me ready for ME3 8)

I just hope they wont throw everyone away (at least from party , as they can all die in the end) , if they do that - then ill cry .

Miranda was shot. I liked her, although I didn't gain her loyalty because she was pissing me off with her atitude towards Jack. I was very upset that my paragon score wasn't high enough to talk to her. I actually dreamed her last night O_o, and today she died. FFFFFFFUUUUUU

Garrus got eaten by the bugs :( Zaeed got a round to the gut :( Samara died in the background :( Jack did something and died :) I think ima replay it to save at least Garrus and Zaeedredbaron3

Mordin and Jack died in my game. Everybody was loyal except Jack. I'm starting to think that personal upgrades affect who lives and who dies. I had every upgrade possible except Mordin's omni-tool and Jack's biotic upgrade, they both ended up dying. So, for those who managed to keep everyone alive, did you have every member's special upgrade?greatmax1

Both of my squad mates that died (Thane and Samara) were loyal and had their upgrades. I agree with those who said that the reason Samara died on mine was because she was not the best choice to lead a fire team. She is an awesome warrior but does not have much experience leading, she is usually by herself. I am not sure why Thane got eaten by the bugs.

mordin was the only one who died at my ending. Didnt like him anyway so no loss. he got a rocket in the face.

Thank god nobody on my team died on my first play-through. I thought really carefully about who to send and who not to send. That was probably the most intense part in the game.

I had everyone loyal and almost every single upgrade in the game. However, I did wait awhile in between legion's mission and going in the relay. Only person who dies was Mordin, didn't choose him for anything; tasks or party.
