It looks very interesting. I'd buy it today if I hadn't just picked up Frozen Synapse three days ago. And I can see FS eatting up a huge chunk of my free time for awhile now so I'll be holding off for at least a few weeks

After playing the demo for around an hour, I am finding it very enjoyable. I will definitely pick this game up.

14€ are a bit too much, don't like indie gamees valued more than 10 bucks

I might in the future depending on how well it is recieved. I saw TotalBiscuit's preview on the beta version of the game and it looked good, but I'm not a huge fan of top-down space shooters.

I just watched the video and I have no idea what the hell was going on - but it looks interesting. I'll download the demo.

bout it months back (demo to now official release)... Absolutely love it... A bit of grinding but game is designed to be played in sperts and the ends justified the means... Difficulty is insane and developer is constantly adding to concept such as specialist etc... Also guys... you can buy the game from just about anywhere and guess what... it will have ability to activate on steam....

I bought the beta version off Impulse some time back and have been having a fair bit of fun with it. It's not that deep but it's an enjoyable game, the space combat works well and gathering resources to get better ships and abilities is pretty addictive. It's pretty good at letting you set your own pace and decide how aggressively you want to advance.

Wait till you play the real deal.. Oh man.... I was in for a suprise.. New additions like attackers going after your mothership out of nowhere, or enemies going to destroy your beacon trapping you into a sector and forcing you to defeat a onslaught of enemies. Add in now specialist who level up and add all sorts of attributes and more variety of missions (a major increase in that area). Outside of that, they will be adding more ships, more maps, arena challenges, weapons, things to buy from spaceports, a new difficulty scale with AI now thinking out attacks better and aiming for weak spots in your ships armor..

Man.... these guys did a great job here.. PS jsut so anyone doesn't know... All keys from anywhere can be transfered to steam if your into that type of thing. AKA... I bought thig game from greenmangaming and since I didn't want to use capsule (green mans dd service), popped it on steam. (11 dollar game after coupon and the discount on GMG outrigt for the game) Not like this game needs online anyway and if you ask the makers on there website, they will give you a outright .exe once confirmation that you purchased the game.. Great small indie developer and a very nice game..

Sounds great, I'll have to give the launch version a spin. Thanks for the headsup.

Watched the Total Biscuit quick play a while ago. It actually looks pretty damn good, very inventive. If I didn't have such a backlog of games I'd be far more interested however.

Games like these sure make me crave for more games akin to Space Ranger series... Going to pick this one up to add to my collection of yet-to-be-played Steam games :D

Pretty damn cool, visually it seems to be a bit like Gratuitous Space Battles. What really caught me eye was the overworld, having an actual a.i. threat, and you're in the midst of it.

Bought it during the beta and activated it on steam today.

I'm still playing the latest beta client though as I assume save games don't transfer? Anyone know what's new in the full release?

Game is freaking awesome btw, definately worth getting if you're into Space RPGs.

I just started playing this (gifted by a friend!) and the game is pretty awesome. It scratches a sort of Space Rangers-esque itch for me, and I love seeing indie games with a lot of love put into them like this.

Downloaded the demo a few days ago, and had a great time with it, and bought it after around 4 hours of playing the demo. Its great fun, has chuffing huge maps (up to 300 star systems), loads of weapons and alot of weapons/sub systems and has a good sense of humour as well, though sometimes when I think I'm doing well the enemy AI suprises me and hands me my butt on a plate. Looks damn pretty too.

After spending 30 dollars on other 15 dollar games I tried the demo not wanting the like the game :P . Sadly, I did... it was actually really good. I usually don't like top down shooters, but this one was very well done. Plus, it had Totalbiscuit as the narrator :P .
