STALKER Clear Sky not loading

I think I posted this HELP message on the wrong forum, so will have another go lol

Don't know if any of you's can help me with my problem, bloomin' big problem actually, as I can't install clear sky.

PC reads my other games like STALKER, Doom, Hellforces, FEAR etc but it won't load Clear sky. I've tried ruddy everything. I even tried another STALKER Clear Sky on my PC, but just doesn't want to know.

Any ideas what I could be doing wrong, apart from throwing me PC out window.

Sorry for lack of info on my part. Put disc in, and you get the icon of the disc on yours creen, and you think it's going to load, but that's it, owt else happens. No error message, no nothing. And I've tried two Clear Sky discs in the drive, but just doesn't want to know. Won't load or anything.

Right click on the disk icon. Selet Autorun.

Or right click and select open. Locate the installer in the folder that opens, and install the game.

Thanks for all the help, but had to have someone come and look at the pc. He had to put in another hard drive, but didn't understand why the other drive wasn't reading it. I'm just loading the game, as I type this message

Hi im having same problem as this fellow when i try to install Stalker clear sky my dvd player sees nothing when you said clock on 'disk icon' i dont know what you mean exactly. do you mean the little dvd that appears next to the courser?

Or do you mean under my computer next to the D:\ set up icon? cause at that icon it just shows the 'D:\' and not the stalker symbol. i also have returned first disk and second disk is not recognised either.

any help would be greatly appreciated
