Star Trek Online sale on Steam for $3.75

Hey just wondering is anyone picking this up? Is it worth it for this price? I'm considering trying it at least for the first free month, or should I just try a demo?

ive tried the demo and its just not very good, best scifi mmo imo is eve right now

id sooner beta for APB that buy it mainly because its going F2P before years end

Can someone tell me if this is worth it for 1 month? My friend is on vacation so thinking about buying for me and him. Fun for 2 people teaming?

Note i watched some video clips, wont win any awards but looks like something could be good for a month.

To bad, I tried the game once, it was good for a week, customizing ships was fun but the rest of the game was a complete bore fest. I'm a huge star trek fan and I wasn't a huge fan of the game. It's a giant copy paste job. There are like 4 worlds total only slightly modified. ferrari2001

I was in the beta for it and all that's pretty much true.

The wife is gettinga bit bored of LOTRO so I thought she might like a change of venue.

A 1 day sale is kinda pathetic. Should have been a week. They'd have gotten another $8 from us!

I was bored with after 3 days or so in the beta. I was a little stunned (pun intended) at how poorly done the game was.

3.75? Yeah I still dunno. This game was disappointing to a level I can't really explain. It..well it sucked. I'll pass on this nice sale for once!
