I knew they were going to be low, but this is down right laughable.

Those are ridiculously low. The recommended should be the minimum.

Look at it this way - if are on a vacation, are bored in your room and have a netbook with you, you can download and play it just fine.

Saw them on system wars. I was surprised, those are some forgiving reqs. I guess they wanted to please even those with 7-8 year old PC's.

I'll wager that the game will look excellent. It might not have all the features we have come to expect because of games like Crysis but the artwork and attention to detail will surely make up for this.

And its an RTS so advanced lighting, shading, etc isn't very important.
