I'm looking to buy a RTS Game (between these two) but I want to be able to play on-line Plus which ever you think is most fun?romeo85
wow such a hard desicion!!these are THE two most played RTS games so whichever you chose be 100% sure you wil lalways find ppl to play it with:) i personally like warcraft III more coz of the story and overall but still its your coice
the graphics are the same but gameplay and units are different and warcraft is mythological story where as starcraft is sci-fi or something simmilar so its your choice :)
i prefer starcraft more for online play as i like the races more. also i don't enjoy the concept of heroes in war 3 in mp. then again, DOTA (war 3) is alos a lot of fun.
Well WC3 is much newer and has a much bigger online population. Both great RTS games but WC3 is better for online play until SC2 comes out. Check out wcreplays.com for community news.
Depend on what your looking for in your RTS game. SC is more old school where as WC3 has faster gameplay and more micro. Its like comparing Age of Empire with World in Conflict.Two great games but completely different genre.
Its a preference i think, they both excel in what they do.
I used to play both of them a lot and they are both fantastic games! I was really into Blizzard a while back so I tried a lot of their stuff (not WoW) and I would have to go with Warcraft III. Starcraft is still really fun though. I just decided that I'm going to install Warcraft III right now.
