Im new to PC gaming so this may be a dumb question but ya know how like TF2 on Steam has tht developers console where u can type in exec 360controller and play the game with a 360 controller. Does almost all PC games have tht or only Steam games? or only Valve games?

Most first person shooters usually have some sort of console like that.

I think the first one to have it was Quake, if I remember correctly. Since then it's been a very common feature of FPS games.

Most games have a console but if you're thinking that if it has a console you can play them all with a 360 controller, nope, it doesn't work like that.
