Steam Weekend sale is...

Civilization V and the Need of speed franchise.

(Civ V) Great game, great price. I recommend it.
But one thing that bothers me is that they only put the GAME on sale, none of the dlcs. I was planning on getting the newest dlc but i guess not.

(need for speed) not exactly a racing fan, but great franchise from what ive heard.

Very Funny.

I was going to buy NFS: Hot Pursuit until I found out there was no REAL visual car customization other then paint. For a street racing NFS these days that is a load of fail. I hope Black Box doesn't fail again, I absolutely hated Undercover. Those quick-time events are already turning me away from NFS: The Run. I really don't want to play a damn movie. Its a racing game ffs. Also the cops and robbers crap is getting very old.

The last NFS I even slightly enjoyed was Carbon.

Not in the slightest. Awesome game though. Check out the demo if you want to see more about how it plays.

Don't buy Hot Pursuit. You'll spend more time watching unskippable cutscenes than racing. I **** you not, there were some races where the rewards movies were longer than the actual gameplay! Criterion values presentation above everything else, and their presentation sucks.

Good sales. but i dont think im going to pick anything up, Civ 5 is on my wish list but its $20 here in Australia.

I might get NFS undercover.
