Another day another sale. This one looks MUCH better than the last one.

Civilization IV -$6.79

Fifa Manager 10 - $33.49

Osmos - $1.99

Max Payne - $2.49

Max Payne 2 - $2.49

Left 4 Dead - $7.49

Call of Duty: World at War - $24.99

Pretty good deals. Especially on Left 4 Dead.

I haven't bought anytrhing from the sale yet, but I looking to get both Max Payne's.

I am still debating as to whether I want the THQ complete pack.

Its 75 dollars, BUT there are a ton of good games. I already own Titan Quest but honestly I dont care about two or three repeats if I get those top-notch games.

The gem for me is Dawn of War 2...I can get it for 20 bucks, but for a single game that seems a bit much. I did get a bit of Christmas money, though.

But then again, I just spent 50 bucks for the Eidos complete pack, and GTAIV for 7.50.

If I buy the THQ pack that'd be like 130 bucks spent on games. Ugh, decisions decisions!

I've purchased Osmos. It seems to have alot of good things said about it, plus, it's cheap.

I want to get Borderlands, but I don't know if it's already been on a one day sale (CAN ANYBODY TELL ME IF IT HAS ALREADY?) or it's going to be on a one day sale. brandontwb

Borderlands hasn't been a daily deal yet, so it still could be over the next few days.
We don't know if it will be one of the one-day sale games, but the deal ends on the 3rd, so you've still got a few more days to hope it pops up there.

Something I saw (not part of the daily deal) is Zombie Bowl-o-rama at 90% off, its a nice little bowling game for $1.

The first game was hands-down the best PC game of 2001, the 2nd one I haven't played (but I bought it today on Steam), but was voted to the Top 5 PC games from 1999 - 2005 on my Poll here!

Borderlands is a first person rpg/shooter set in a post-apocolyptic-type land. It's designed to be played as a 4-player coop game. KOTOR is amazing if you are into other bioware RPGs like Mass Effect or Dragon Age.

Not incredibly interested in L4D, but wondering if I should buy it....hrmm...

The deals today are pretty lame. I may pick up Osmos just because it has cool music and is cheap. Still need to try the demo first.

Yes. If you liked the first one then you will get at least some enjoyment out of this one. I've played through both and while SoC is the better game, in no way is CS a bad game and not worth $5.

Civilization IV complete edition is going for $13.60. I never played any Civilization games (though I do have Gal Civ 2) so how good is the game?

If you like turn-based strategy type games, Civ IV is one of the best ones of the genre. I personally find Civ IV to be the best in the series and I always play it off and on. The AI is challenging, the random map generation is good, and multiple strategies you can pull off depending on what you're going for and with what civ and leader you choose. I recommend reading some critic reviews on it. For under 14 bucks, it's a steal.XIntoTheBlue
