Suggest an affordable/good battery backup surge protector for my 750W PC

My power tends to go out alot, and my computer needs a fresh install soon, how much should I be looking to spend for a surge protector that could give me 10 to 20 minutes of power for my 750W pc. Even just 10 minutes should be enough. I need enough time to save up things and shut down thats all.
