lol that's what the actual game looks like in the first pic with MLAA. The second has increased vibrancy which strengthens the color grading. Both of them look tinted to me.Both look weird.
First one looks like the gamma is too high so that everything is washed out, while the second one looks like someone messed with the colors to give everything a green tint.

[QUOTE="seanmcloughlin"]Yes. I'm finding it impossible for me to go without it... There's so much more detail now. I'm running it in almost all my games now.The second and I assume it's because you have SweetFX added right?

And so you should. It's vital I think for games. It adds so much clarity to them and makes them a lot sharper. And a little bit of colour too never hrt anyone as most games are washed out
Must be using the sharpening on the SweetFX.
I remember when Planetside 2 added a new sharpening filter to the final render of PS2, it made the game look much better overnight.
I also find that games look better with more exaggerated colors and higher contrasts. On my TV I have 2 modes, one for gaming with deeper blacks and higher contrast, and one for movies which has less contrast.
I know you're slightly exaggerating but you know COD4 is 5 years old, right? That game really look bad. I can count the polygons on one hand ffs... ugh.

I use sweet FX in most games now, some sharpening and vibrance really makes those graphics pop more, especially if the game uses post processing AA.
