Texture flickering with my 4770 please help!

Please read the posts and I also now have a 500 watt antec PSU with 36 combined amps on the 12v rails.

I think there is a problem with the card its self. The white dotsI saw on your picture kinda looks like not all of the vid memory that intefaces with the motherbored is not being read or something. Another cause could be drivers but that was alread solved from what iv seen. I would RMA the card and get a new one

One more question what prossesor do you have and how hot does it get?

Yeah I got an RMA from ASUS and will be sending it out either tomorrow or Wednesday. My processor is a AMD Athlon X2 4800 and which tool should I use to check the temp for that?

Ok all the temps are good then. It has to be the card

Actually in the screen caps it doesn't look so bad because it isn't able to be captured but in game imagine that except multiplied and flickering on and off non stop. It is very annoying and I can't even pay attention to the game.
