TF2 GameArena servers?

Hey all. Ok I am in an internet pla with Telstra right and Bigpond. I heard somewhere that if I go on Game Arena servers the internet I use playing TF2 on that server doesn't effect my Internet usage bandwidth. Is this true?

A lot of American users will have no idea what you're talking about so don't expect a lot of help, and I'm not sure so I can't answer that for you.

Unless you have a really small download limit playing TF2 shouldn't use up much anyway. I play on Internode quite often and I never notice an impact in my quota, then again I'm not with Telstra either.

Well as silly as it sounds I have 100gb a month but I share that with 5 other people and we all use the net alot.

I'm pretty sure surfing the web uses more downloads than playing games.
