Right now nothing comes close to World of warcraft and the new addon adds alot of content.

I'd say Guild Wars, but it's not really an MMO. ArenaNet calls it a CORPG (cooperative online role-playing game). The best MMO, in my opinion, would be Eve Online. Massive amounts of depth.
